Many common house cleaning services use chemicals that can be detrimental to our health and our planet. We use all natural - non toxic cleaning products that are free of ammonia, phosphates, chlorine and synthetic fragrances.
Triangle Green Cleaning is a member of the Association of Residential Cleaning Services International. We participate in "Cleaning for a Reason", a charitable organization that provides free house cleaning for women with cancer. How much do you charge for your house cleaning services?
Our house cleaning rates are determined using a number of factors including square footage, number of bathrooms, frequency of cleaning and any special requests. The price for your maid servicer will be determined at the time that we visit for a no obligation walk through of your home or office. Generally one time - move in / move out cleanings are more expensive and prices start at $200. Regular ongoing maintenance house cleanings start at $80 for frequencies of one time per month or more. What makes your house cleaning service "Green"?
All of our products are Ammonia, Chlorine, Phosphate and Fragrence free. We use products that have been certified as safe and effective by Green Seal. Our Vacuums are approved by the Carpet and Rug Institute's Green Label Seal of Aproval as being safe and effective. We do not use disposable cleaning towels. We re-use each of our towels after they have been sanitized each night using a Green laundry detergent. Additionally, we strive to use Green practices in other areas as well. All of our company vehicles get at least 30 miles per gallon. We recycle office and cleaning waste. We purchase our supplies from local companies and utilize local services necessary for our business functions when possible.
Who does the house cleaning?
We are a close group of cleaning service professionals. We have a very low turnover rate despite a maid service industry that typically sees very high turnover. We treat our employees well, paying well over industry average without having to over charge for our cleaning services. All of our employees undergo a nationwide and local background check during the hiring process. All of our maid service employees are covered under our workers compensation policy, liability insurance and bond. We make every effort to send the same house cleaning team each time. You will be given prior notice before any complete switch to another house cleaning team. However, switching to another house cleaning team is rare and is usually done in an effort to accommodate any scheduling changes you may require.
How do I pay?
We accept cash or check which the maid team will pick up after they have finished your house cleaning. We also accept credit/debit and paypal payments on our website. Payments are due at the time of your cleaning services.
What products do you clean with?
We use a variety of Green house cleaning products. We use house cleaning products that are so simple there is no need to have them certified by Green Seal, although some of them are. We use Vinegar, Essential Oils, Castile Soap and Bona Ami which is essentially baking soda, calcium and sand all ground up together. You can find out more about Green Seal here. Do I need to supply any house cleaning products or equipment?
We supply everything from the cleaning products to the vacuums, towels and brushes. If you would prefer that we use your cleaning supplies or have any special products you need used, we will be happy to use anything that you supply.
Do I need to be home when the team comes to clean?
Most customers are not home when we clean however that is not a requirement. The majority of customers provide us with a key that we label anonymously and keep secured in an office safe. If you choose not to provide a key and we are unable to access your home a lock out fee will be incurred.
What times and days are you available to clean?
Our maid service cleans from Monday through Friday. Appointment times start at 8:00 am and our last appointment of the day usually starts as late as 3:30 or 4:00. For repeat cleaning services we will give you a set day and time slot that will repeat each week or month depending on your frequency. You can request a schedule change for your maid services at any time and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We have a reputation for being flexible with scheduling.
