We offer weekly, biweekly, monthly, move in / move out and one time cleans with our weekly service being the most common. Your individual circumstances will determine what frequency level you require.
Our maintenance house cleaning routine is provided below in our house cleaning checklist. However, we will tailor our maid services to fit your needs.

Residential Cleaning Checklist
Bathrooms:
- All parts of shower have been scrubbed , rinsed and polished including the fixtures and the floor.
- Glass door on shower has been polished on inside and outside.
- Sink has been scrubbed and fixtures have been polished.
- Counters have been disinfected and wiped down. All objects on the counters have been moved so that proper cleaning beneath such items can be accomplished.
- Large mirror and any small hand mirrors have been polished.
- Cabinets have been wiped down with a wet towel as well as dusted on top and on the doors of the cabinets.
- Bathroom light bulbs and fixtures have been dusted where possible.
- Trash receptacles have been emptied.
- Toilet has been scrubbed inside and disinfected on the outside. This includes the seat, the rim, the top and the under side of the toilet.
- Baseboards, shelves, windowsills, doors, door frames and knickknacks have been cleaned and dusted and cobwebs have been removed.
- Floors have been vacuumed and damp mopped and are free of any standing water and hair.
Common Areas:
- Kitchen tables have been cleaned, dusted and polished.
- Cabinet doors and tops have been wiped down and dusted.
- Baseboards have been dusted.
- Counters have been disinfected and wiped down. All objects on counters have been moved so that proper cleaning under such objects can be accomplished.
- All ceiling fans have been dusted.
- Cobwebs have been removed from all areas.
- Light bulbs and light fixtures have been dusted where possible.
- Trash receptacles have been emptied.
- Mirrors have been polished.
- Floors have been vacuumed and damp mopped and are free of any standing water and hair.
- Any hanging lights have been dusted where possible.
- All doors and framing have been cleaned and dusted.
Dusting:
- Tables have been cleaned, dusted and polished.
- Cabinet doors and cabinet tops have been wiped down and dusted.
- Baseboards have been dusted.
- Counters have been disinfected and wiped down. All objects on counters have been moved so that proper dusting under such objects can be accomplished.
- Ceiling fans have been dusted.
- Cobwebs have been removed from all areas.
- Light bulbs and fixtures have been dusted where possible.

Kitchen:
- Scrub and polish sink.
- Scrub Stove top.
- Clean and sanitize all counters.
- Scrub vent above stove, inside and out.
- Spray and wipe outside and top of refrigerator.
- Dust all baseboards and light fixtures.
- Vacuum and mop.
